I wish I had a studio like this where I live! I’m so glad I found it while visiting the cozy town of Ashland. Breta guided us through a thoughtful flow that was challenging with great stretches integrated throughout. As a first-timer, they also provided me with a complimentary mat and towel, which I really appreciate as a traveler since I didn’t have my usual mat and props. Do yoga here!
Having done yoga for 25 years and at many different studios from many different instructors we are blessed that this studio is in our cute little village of Ashland! This place embodies yoga in the traditional sense as well as in a more fusion way with the diversity of classes and instructors. I highly recommend Ashland Hot Yoga if you want an amazing hot yoga experience! PS- It's HOT!
