In 2015, Pony Espresso expanded its operation to downtown Ashland in the beautiful Plaza West Building on Lithia Way and has enjoyed tremendous success thanks to the warm embrace of the Ashland community.

Drawing on their background in the Napa culinary and coffee roasting scene, they have been fortunate to become one of the oldest continuously run cafes in the region and one of the most innovative in the metamorphosis of the concept of a coffeehouse. Pony Espresso was founded in 1995 in historic Jacksonville, OR. It was the first drive-thru coffeehouse in Southern Oregon.
