Trying too hard to cater to the upper middle class, once you cut through that saccharine coating, the staff is really nice.
This is an exceptionally well built hotel. Very luxurious. One block away from downtown where there's about 20 restaurants to eat.
The staff that I interacted with was fantastic happy and professional.
The check in and check out process was extremely smooth. And I guess for the price it's worth it it was definitely a step up from where we normally stay.
