This place deserves praise!
My daughter needed an oil change before driving out of town. Called on Thursday and Ethan said they would be happy to help us either immediately or on Friday.
Decided to go by on Thursday. When we arrived there were a couple of cars in front of us and they explained it would be just a few minutes. Within 5 minutes, we were in the service bay and they were starting the oil change (along with checking tire pressure, engine filter, topping all fluids, cleaning the windshield and lubricating the doors).
They showed samples of the current state of all the fluids in the vehicle and let us know how much it would cost if we wanted to replace any that were showing wear. We declined and they let us know they could do it in the future.
We did include one add-on to help with the oil seals as the car has over 150K miles on it. Within 15 minutes, we were paying and ready to be on our way.
Ethan, and the entire staff, were courteous, helpful and, efficient. Never did I feel they were trying to upsell us. They were giving us information and letting us know what the cost would be Really good, fair price for a quick, thorough, and convenient oil change.
For those who posted reviews that they were yelling or that they were trying to sell you everything, it's a mechanic shop. It is going to be noisy. They are supposed to inform you of what you might need to think about fixing and, since they do those repairs, offer the service. If you want to sit in a quiet place with elevator music, go to a dealership and see how long it takes them and what they will try to sell you on.
I sent my daughter here and would absolutely recommend it for an oil change.
