This was our first time staying at Ashland Springs Hotel and it was beautiful. The staff was truly kind and very accommodating. Our room was everything we hoped for. We were close to everything, so we were able to walk and see all the sites. We were in Ashland for a play. We just walked across the street. Thank you. I wished we could have stayed longer.
This hotel is such a delight! Every single element was above and beyond my expectations. Beautiful decor, plush beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Feels like we should have been charged twice as much for such a nice night. I wish we could have stayed longer, and we will plan a trip back to Ashland just to stay here. You can tell that the owners and staff are truly invested in making it a memorable experience.
I have stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed it. I am posting a review today specifically celebrating exceptional service with a reservation change. I called and spoke with a front desk staff member who asked to remain anonymous. This person was professional, helpful, friendly, and certainly went the extra mile to help with a challenging request. Exceptional hotel, with an even more, impressive staff!!!
